Crooked Tree IPA

Inspired by West Coast IPA's, but brewed with Michigan style. Heavily dry hopped with a big aroma of pine and citrus. The flavors are big, yet balanced between fresh hops and malt. The hops create an excellent fruit flavor that finishes dry, crisp, and clean.

A full flavored, robust porter. Almost black in color with a complex malt profile that exhibits a smooth balance between chocolate, coffee and roasted flavors.

Amber Lager

Medium bodied lager, well-balanced with a toasty aroma, malty flavors and session-able finish.

DRAGONMEAD –
Final Absolution

This is a Belgian style tripel that rivals the best that country produces. A smooth finish with aromas of banana and cloves result from the Belgian yeast strain. Carefully selected hops help to give this beer a balanced bitterness with no noticeable hop aroma.
